The challenge
Important client discussion lived in busy group chats, making account context dependent on one person's phone and manual searching.
What we built
The team linked five WhatsApp numbers, enabled selected client groups and brought the saved conversation context into Attio and daily AI-assisted retrieval.
What changed
Account teammates could review relevant group history and use AI to catch up or find prior messages before the next client conversation.
Context and problem
Customer context: Madrid, Spain.
Client relationships involve several people on both sides. A one-to-one inbox view can miss requests, clarifications and decisions made in a busy group, leaving colleagues without the context needed for the next reply.
What we built
Implementation choice
The Madrid team connected five WhatsApp numbers through a linked-device connection and enabled selected client groups. Its case reports daily WhatSync use, including AI to catch up on saved group discussions and locate earlier messages.
Strategic value
The design preserves the channel clients already use while improving how the account team retrieves and applies the conversation. A colleague gains a better starting point without asking the client to change how they communicate.

Results and evidence
Five team WhatsApp numbers connected, with selected client groups included.
Group history became usable context for account review and continuity.
Daily AI use helped the team catch up on group discussion and find prior messages.

Part of the Techmark Attio offer
Techmark offers WhatSync alongside every Attio implementation. Each engagement defines the relevant connection, access and licensing requirements.
WhatSync ownership remains with Appstronauts. Provider costs remain separate from Techmark fees and are covered by the client under the proposal.
The workflow planning worksheet is general Techmark guidance, not evidence of controls executed in this customer implementation.
