Start with a Pilot for one workflow or a monthly team for recurring needs. We turn the business priority into scoped work, review points, and a handoff your team can use.
The delivery method
From business priority to usable handoff.
Start with the business problem, systems and acceptance criteria. Technical leads estimate the work and dependencies. Your Delivery Manager keeps the backlog aligned with the agreed scope, capacity and priorities.

Responsibilities
One point of contact. A few focused reviews.
For a standard Pilot, plan for about 2–3 hours across kickoff, the focused audit and the review or handoff, plus access and internal approvals. A Senior RevOps Engineer builds the workflow and recommends the next technical priorities. You validate business priorities; your Delivery Manager maintains the relationship and backlog traceability.
Techmark · Responsibilities
Agreed in your proposal.
Your proposal identifies the actual responsibilities, reviews, and inputs required.
Monthly cadence
A clear rhythm for the work.
RevOps Builder Squad starts from US$4,500/month with 58 team hours: 45 development, 5 solution design and 8 delivery management. One main active workstream, weekly 30-minute reviews and async updates keep priorities and progress visible. Three-month initial engagement, billed monthly. At the starting rate: US$13,500 across three monthly invoices, subject to First-Milestone Protection.
Techmark · Monthly cadence
Agreed in your proposal.
Monthly team capacity is aggregated, not full-time availability per person.
Implementation, testing, documentation and covered support share the agreed capacity. More work of the same type can be reprioritized or receive agreed additional capacity; duration alone does not make it a separate project.
Trust & continuity
Work your team can use and keep improving.
Access and review are agreed around the work.
Techmark · Trust & continuity
Agreed in your proposal.
Monthly continuity after a project is optional.
Arrange System Care for a delivered system, choose a monthly team for recurring needs, or scope a larger implementation separately.
Roles, delivery capacity, and support expectations are agreed before starting.
