Privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Techmark Investments LLC, operating as Techmark, is responsible for personal information handled through this website and direct business enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@techmarkstudio.com.

1. Information we process

We receive the information you provide when contacting us, such as your name, work email, company details, project description and optional budget. Website providers also process technical and usage information, such as IP addresses, browser information and page visits, to deliver the website and provide analytics. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details to respond.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange calls, prepare proposals, manage business relationships, operate the website and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and operating the website, steps you request before entering a contract or performance of a contract where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. We also use form submissions to arrange requested calls, email requested PDFs, and maintain enquiry and delivery records.

3. Sharing

Information is available to authorised team members and, as needed, providers of website hosting, business communications and administration. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Our providers include Framer for website hosting and forms, Google for analytics, Make for form processing, Brevo for contact records and email delivery, and Zoho Mail for business email.

4. Analytics and tracking

We use Framer Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic and improve our website. Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. GA4 uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, to distinguish visitors and sessions and measure website interactions.

For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Emails sent through Brevo may include tracking pixels and tracked links to measure email opens and link clicks.

5. Retention and international processing

We retain information while an enquiry or business relationship remains active and as needed for legal, accounting or dispute-related requirements. We delete information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Our team and service providers may process information outside your country. You can contact us for details of the international transfers and safeguards applicable to your information.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your information, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You may also object to processing where applicable law provides this right. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Send requests to contact@techmarkstudio.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines.

7. Changes

We publish updates on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website or directly where required by law.
