The challenge
Client intake and CRM information had to reach the correct document-preparation and agreement workflow.
What we built
Typeform, Airtable, n8n and Docusign connected intake, matching, preparation paths and agreement execution.
What changed
117% more cases handled per week, as reported. Raw counts and comparison periods were not supplied.
Context and problem
Client information needed to move from intake and CRM records into the legal team’s document and agreement workflows.
What we built
Implementation at a glance
Connect intake information with the existing client record.
Route relevant information into document preparation.
Keep agreement execution and human review responsibilities clear.
Implementation details
A submitted request needed to be matched to a client and carried into the right preparation path. Relevant information was already present in intake responses and CRM records, but the next document depended on that context being connected. Agreement execution introduced a separate deliverable and a separate completion record. The system joined those responsibilities across six supported workflow families.
Connect intake with the client record
Typeform supplied structured answers and submission context. The workflow matched and retrieved the relevant Airtable client information, connecting a new request with the record already used by the team.
Route information into preparation
n8n applied workflow rules and coordinated the document-processing path. The reported scope covered I-485, I-589 Asylum, I-130, DACA, N-400 and H-1B workflows. The supplied architecture does not identify the document renderer or the individual templates.
Keep agreement execution distinct
Docusign connected signature delivery to the final agreement record. Prepared case documents and executed agreements had different completion evidence, with the legal team receiving the materials needed for its work. The source does not document an AI provider or automated government filing.

Results and evidence
The project reports 117% more cases handled per week, 83% faster delivery and more than 38 team hours freed weekly. Raw case counts, comparison periods and the original delivery-time definition were not supplied. The delivery claim therefore retains its original wording; it is not presented as an 83% reduction in elapsed time. Staff hours and delivery speed remain separate measures.
Relevance and PDF contents
This pattern applies when service delivery depends on information that someone must repeatedly find, match and enter into another document. Start with one intake, its client and matter references, the preparation rules and a clear handoff for review. The PDF explains the functional record relationships and includes a readiness worksheet for evaluating a similar process.
