Within a 28-seller program, the internal agent needed a defined job and an owner for each commercial decision. Alvar designed the delegation strategy around responsibilities, permissions and verification.
What we built

Let the agent prepare, organize, alert and record while people retain commercial ownership.
Define Level 1 for owners/BDRs and Level 2 for RevOps with confirmation.
Verify permitted writes by re-reading the record and retaining who, permission level and reason.
Implementation
The reported model connects Attio context, an internal agent, an Actions object and role-based permissions. Alvar carried the delegation boundaries into confirmation, verification and traceability rules.
